Sigma Beauty!

A detailed Review about my favourite products from Sigma!!

As we all know its one of the most loved brand when it comes to makeup brushes! No one does it better then them. I have always been a huge fan of makeup brushes and when makeup brushes come to mind the first Name that strikes my mind is Sigma. Sigma is an American online company that started in 2009. Their main products are makeup brushes, but they have now expanded to the other makeup products, such as shadows, liners and glosses etc. Sigma makeup brushes have extremely soft bristles and the quality is sturdy and are best in the market available.

The F80 is a flat top kabuki brush created for flawless application of foundation (liquid or cream). The bristles are very soft but very dense. I must say this is definitely my favourite of the brushes and is also their best seller! It provides a lovely clean finish and because it is a synthetic brush it doesnt absorb the liquid and instead evenly distributes it across your face.

The F40 is a large angled contour brush. Its perfect for contouring the cheekbones and forehead given that it is large and dense. its also useful for applying blusher on the cheekbones. Most suited for powder products. If you use it in a circular motion it will blend out your bronzer as well.

The E40 is a soft blending brush for the lid, and is one of the most precious brushes in my kit! Its used for blending out colour along the crease and up towards the brow. It is a must have to create those airbrushed looks. I couldn’t live without this. If you are going to buy any brush, this is the best brush for a blended and diffused finish for the lid.

The E55 is an eye shading brush for an even application of color by placing the color across the entire lid for an even and strong flush of color application of product. I am absolutely in love with this brush for smooth eye shading application. It is perfect for applying eye shadow to the entire lid quickly. It does pick up a lot of pigment at a time so it a good brush!

The E30 is a pencil brush, mainly for the lower lash line. I tend to use it to blend out the colour after using the E15 or E20. Really creates that smoked out effect. but i also use it to blend out my upper liner line.

My Rating: 5/5

The E65 Small angle brush: I bought it mainly for my Gel Liner application as I feel the brushesthat come along with Gel eyeliners does’nt stay great for the life of the liner and gives up in the middle also I wanted to try some professional brushes for my liner application.E 65 Small Angled brush has tapered bristles giving it an angular shape. The brown colored bristles are super-soft to touch and firmly gripped. The brush is very thin which allow me to go for thinner and precise application for perfect winged eyeliner.

Brilliant and Spellbinding Palette:

The palette haswarm pearly eye shadowswith a few mattes that are lovely basic colors for any look. The pink and coral are super pretty shades (and can also be used as blushes for cheekbones) and add a nice pop of color to the palette. The soft champagne, bronzy, gold shades are really pretty on warmer complexions and offer various possibilities for creating different looks especially softer colors for daytime look. The formula of these eye shadows is very unique. They aresmooth, softandwell pigmented. The eye shadows blend without difficulty using the above brushes and I found the matte browns to be really smooth and silk like butter. The staying power is pretty good these stay on my slightly oily lids a good 7 hours without creasing and fading (without primer). So i am guessing that if you apply it with primer (That i did) before it will definately stay on for longer.

All in all, a beautifulneutral paletteespecially for those that prefer warmer, light to medium eye shadow shades. I quite like the chick cardboard packaging with its magnetic closure and large mirror for ease of application.

Brow Highlighting Pencil:

This duo highlighting pencil is amazing!I love the color that the product left on my face, plus this pencil is small and perfect for my little bag to fit and make it an excellent travel partner.I love this brow highlighting pencil because it accentuates my brows in a way that no other pencil or brow definer does. The price is fair and I think its worth the price. I use my brow highlighting pencil literally everyday whether I apply or dont apply my makeup my brows always stay on point with my brow pencil.
